Buttery Bacon Guacamole Grilled Cheese
Full of flavor and toasted to perfection.
Serves 1 sandwich |
|1/4 cup shredded Cheddar Jack cheese |
|1 tablespoon crumbled tortilla chips |
|2 slices sour dough bread |
|2 tablespoons guacamole |
|2 slices bacon |
|1 tablespoon butter |
- Cook bacon in a pan on medium-high, until crispy. Drain grease. Return pan to stovetop, reduce to medium.
- Butter one side of sour dough bread. Turn over and sprinkle half the cheese. Layer crumbled tortilla chips, guacamole, bacon and remaining cheese.
- Place second slice of bread on top. Spread butter on bread.
- Place sandwich in pan, cook sandwich 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. Flip and cook 2-3 minutes.
