A simple homemade soup with big taste.
Serves 4 |
|1/4 cup margarine |
|1 pint shucked oysters, undrained |
|2 cups milk |
|1/2 cup half-and-half |
|1/2 teaspoon salt |
|1/4 teaspoon pepper |
- Heat margarine in a saucepan until melted.
- Add oysters. Cook and stir over low heat just until edges curl. Remove from heat.
- Heat milk and half-and-half in separate saucepan. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, then add oysters.
