Avocado, Hummus and Kale Wrap

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
1/4 sliced avocado
1/4 cup julienned cucumber
1/2 cup thin sliced kale
1 tortilla, (your preference)
2 teaspoons thin sliced green onions
1 tablespoon hummus

Directions:

  1. Spread hummus out on flattened tortilla. Make a thin layer across entire tortilla.
  2. Layer sunflower seeds, avocado, cucumber, kale, and green onions on tortilla.
  3. Rollup and cut in half.
