Tasty Chickpea, Avocado and Feta Salad

Serves 2


2 tablespoons green onions, (sliced thin)
Salt, (to taste)
1/3 cup feta cheese
1 can chickpeas, (rinsed and drained)
1/3 cup chopped parsley
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Ground black pepper, (to taste)
2 avocados, (sliced)


  1. Combine green onions, chickpeas, parsley and lime juice in a mixing bowl. Stir together.
  2. Add feta cheese and avocado slices. Stir together gently. (Try not to mash avocado)
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over salad and gently toss.
