Banana Oat Chocolate Chip Muffins
Healthy, sweet and easy to prepare.

|2 cups rolled oats |
|1/2 baking soda |
|1/4 cup brown sugar |
|2 bananas |
|1/2 cup chocolate chips |
|1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
|1 cup plain Greek yogurt |
|2 eggs |
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a muffin pan with paper liners.
- Combine rolled oats, baking soda, brown sugar, bananas, baking powder, Greek yogurt and eggs in a food processor. Mix on high until batter is smooth. After smooth, add chocolate chips and stir together.
- Spoon batter in muffin tins. Fill to 3/4 full.
- Place pan in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
