Tasty Tomato and Avocado Melt
One of the tastiest healthy cheesy sandwiches.
Serves 2 |
|1/2 avocado, sliced thin |
| Cayenne pepper, to taste |
|1 Roma tomato, sliced thin |
|4 slices bread, your preference |
|4 slices cheese, your preference |
|2 tablespoons mayonnaise |
- Heat oven to broil.
- Spread mayo thin on each slice of bread. Sprinkle a small amount of cayenne pepper over bread.
- Place avocado and tomatoes on two slices of bread. Top tomatoes and avocado with two slices of cheese. Complete sandwich with remaining slices of bread.
- Place sandwiches on a baking sheet. Place baking sheet in oven and broil for 2-4 minutes. (Sandwiches should be bubbly and browned)
- Remove from oven, cut sandwiches in half and enjoy!
