Pita Pocket Chicken Salad

Serves 4

Ingredients:

2 pita pockets, (halved)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 celery stalks, (chopped)
1/2 cup quartered red seedless grapes
Sea salt, (to taste)
4 romaine lettuce leaves, (coarsely chopped)
1/4 red onion, (chopped)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cooked chicken breasts, (cut into cubes)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Directions:

  1. Combine chopped celery, garlic powder, grapes, salt, romaine lettuce, red onion, pepper, chicken and Greek yogurt in a large bowl. Stir together well.
  2. Place in refrigerator to chill.
  3. When ready to serve, spoon chicken salad into pita pockets and enjoy!
