Cheddar Bacon Burgers
A simple burger recipe that yields big flavor and texture.
Serves 8 |
|3 lb ground beef |
|8 slices bacon, cooked to preferred doneness |
|1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
|1 teaspoon salt |
|1/2 teaspoon pepper |
|8 slices Cheddar cheese |
|8 hamburger buns |
| Condiments, your choice |
- Preheat grill to medium.
- Combine beef, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Form into 8 patties.
- Place burger patties on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes and flip patties. Place cheese slices on patties and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
- Remove burgers from grill. Place burgers in the buns, top with bacon and condiments. Enjoy!
