Butter Toffee Cookies

Serves 40 cookies

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup salted butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups toffee pieces

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Sift together flour and baking soda. Cream together butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Add toffee pieces to mixture. Mix creamed mixture and dry mixture together. 
  3. Use tablespoon to measure dough. Place dough at least 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
