Watermelon Salsa

Serves 1 bowl

Ingredients:

2 cups chopped watermelon, deseeded
3 tablespoons chopped green chile, deseeded
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Directions:

  1. Combine watermelon, onion, and chile pepper in a mixing bowl. Season with sea salt and drizzle balsamic vinegar over top. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
