Slow Cooker Beef with Rice

Serves 6

Ingredients:

2 lb boneless round steak, cut into cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup, 12 oz.
1 can sliced mushrooms, 4 oz.
1/2 cup red wine
1 envelope onion soup mix
Cooked rice, for serving

Directions:

  1. Combine round steak, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, red wine and onion soup mix in a slow cooker. Stir ingredients together.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 8, or until beef is tender and fully cooked.
  3. Spoon beef and mushrooms onto serving plates and serve with prepared rice.
