Champagne Punch with Raspberries
An excellent New year's Eve cocktail.
Serves 12 |
|2 bottles Brut champagne, cold |
|1 tablespoon fresh lime juice |
|2 tablespoons sugar |
|1/2 teaspoon Angostura bitters |
|1 pint raspberries |
| Ice, for punch bowl |
- In a punch bowl, combine Brut champagne, lime juice, sugar, Angostura bitters, and raspberries. (Be careful not to mash raspberries)
- Add ice and serve immediately.
