Mediterranean White Bean Dip
Fun, festive and easy to enjoy.
Serves 8 |
|1/4 cup Extra-virgin Olive Oil |
|2 tablespoons minced garlic |
|2 cans Cannellini beans |
|1 tablespoon white wine |
| Sea Salt, to taste |
| Pepper, to taste |
- Combine olive oil, garlic, Cannellini beans, white wine, salt and pepper in a blender, pulse and puree until well combined.
- Serve with crusty bread, pitas, crackers or fresh vegetables.
