Blue Bacon Burgers
Simple yet zesty, and fun to make.
Serves 8 |
|2 lb lean ground beef |
|1 packet dry onion soup mix |
|1/2 lb blue cheese, crumbled |
|1 lb bacon, cooked |
|8 Kaiser rolls, halved |
- Gently work soup mix and blue cheese into the ground beef.
- Form 8 patties and place them on a hot grill. Cook to desired doneness.
- Place burger on rolls and top with bacon and your favorite condiments.
