|3 slices pineapple |
|2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper |
|1/2 cup peeled, diced apple |
|1 teaspoon sugar |
|1 teaspoon salt |
|1/4 cup vinegar |
|3 cups shredded cabbage |
|1 cup shredded carrot |
- In a large bowl, mix together green bell pepper, apple, sugar, salt, vinegar and cabbage. Let stand for 5 minutes, allowing flavors to blend.
- Top with shredded carrots and pineapple, then serve.
