|4 cups brewed coffee |
|1 cup sugar |
| Whipped cream |
- Add sugar to coffee and stir gently until well dissolved. Allow the coffee to cool to room temperature, then pour into a large, shallow dish.
- Place the dish in the freezer and stir every 20 minutes. Continue to agitate the mixture every 20 minutes until frozen.
- Scoop the granitas into serving glasses and top with a dollop of whipped cream.
