Garden Vegetable Salad


Ingredients:

1/2 pint cherry tomatoes
2 cucumbers
3 carrots
1 medium vidalia onion
2 green bell peppers
1/2 bunch radishes
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. vinegar

Directions:

  1. Clean and cut vegetables into small chunks and put in large bowl.
  2. Add seasonings, sugar and vinegar and stir well.
  3. Refrigerate at least 1 to 2 hours to blend the flavors.
  4. Top on Dole Teen Spinach
