Easy Cranberry Apple Crisp
Perfectly sweet on the inside, lightly crisp on the outside.

|2 cups fresh cranberries |
|3 cups peeled, chopped red apples |
|1 cup sugar |
|1/2 cup flour, plus 3 tablespoons |
|1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats |
|1/2 cup brown sugar |
|1/4 cup chopped pecans |
|1/2 cup butter, melted |
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a large baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine cranberries, apples, sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour. Spoon cranberry-apple mixture into baking dish. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together oats, brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, pecans and melted butter, mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over cranberry-apple mixture.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes.
