Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip
The perfect dip to enjoy during the big game.

|1 cup chopped frozen spinach |
|11/2 cups chopped frozen artichoke hearts |
|6 oz cream cheese |
|1/4 cup sour cream |
|1/4 cup mayonnaise |
|1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese |
|1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
|1/4 teaspoon salt |
|1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
- Thaw spinach and artichokes in a bowl of water until tender. Discard liquid.
- Warm cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute or until hot and soft.
- Stir in sour cream, mayo, parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt and garlic powder. Once mixed, add in spinach and artichokes. Stir until well mixed. Serve hot.
