Pumpkin Chocolate Fudge
The perfect dessert for Autumn.

|1/2 cup pumpkin puree |
|1/4 cup cocoa powder |
|1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
|1/4 cup honey |
|1/8 teaspoon salt |
|1/2 cup melted coconut butter |
- Line a small rimmed pan with parchment paper.
- Combine pumpkin puree, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, honey, salt and coconut butter in a mixing bowl. Use a blender to make smooth.
- Pour into pan and smooth over with the bottom of a spoon.
- Place pan in the freezer. Remove from freezer when firm to cut into squares.
