White Bean Soup
Warm and hearty from the first spoonful.
Serves 4 |
|2/3 cup chicken broth |
|1/3 cup chopped carrot |
|1/3 cup chopped cooked ham |
|3/4 cup chopped onion |
|1 clove garlic, minced |
|2 cans cannellini beans, 15 oz. each |
- Pour chicken broth into a small pan. Add carrots, ham, onion and garlic to the pan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, add cannellini beans to pan and stir ingredients together. Replace lid and reduce heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Spoon soup into bowls and enjoy!
