Slow Cooker Chicken Stew
Scrumptious, chunky and easy to prepare.
Serves 6 |
|1 can cream of mushroom soup |
|1/3 cup water |
|3 chicken thighs |
| Salt, (to taste) |
|1 packet onion soup mix |
|2 onions, (chopped) |
|2 potatoes, (chopped) |
|1 cup corn, (fresh or frozen,thawed if frozen) |
|8 oz tomato sauce |
| Ground black pepper, (to taste) |
- Add mushroom soup and water to slow cooker; mix together. Add chicken then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook on high heat for 1 hour.
- Add onion soup mix, onions, potatoes, corn and tomato sauce to slow cooker. Continue cooking on high heat for 4 hours or switch to low heat and cook for 8 hours.
