Homemade Chicken Nuggets
Try these delicious chicken nuggets in place of the store brand for a surprisingly tasty entrée.

|1/3 cup parmesan cheese, (grated) |
|1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
|1 lb chicken breasts, (boneless) |
|3 cups corn flakes |
|1/4 cup flour |
|1/2 teaspoon salt |
|2 eggs, (beaten) |
|1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
- Cut chicken into small pieces. Set chicken aside.
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Crush corn flakes into fine texture. Add to a medium bowl. Mix in onion powder, cheese, garlic powder and salt.
- Coat chicken in flour, dip into beaten eggs then into corn flake mix.
- Place prepared chicken on baking sheet and cook 12-15 minutes.
