PB & J Sushi Rolls

Serves 4

Ingredients:

2 slice bread, (your preference)
2 tablespoons peanut butter, (creamy works best)
2 tablespoons jelly, jam or preserves, (your preference)

Directions:

  1. Remove the crusts from the bread. Flatten bread with rolling pin.
  2. Spread half of peanut butter and fruit spread on one slice of bread. Repeat process for second piece of bread.
  3. Roll the half sandwich into a spiral. Repeat with other half. Cut in half and serve!
